in serving.
PASTOR · ENTREPRENEUR · FOUNDER OF HAIRLINES
From the church pews of Chicago to bringing grooming into people’s homes, my story has always been about faith, perseverance, and caring for others.

Serving people.
Building connections.
Welcome. I’m Troy.
Different roles.
One heart for people.
I’m a pastor, a husband and father, an entrepreneur, and the founder of Hairlines. The thread connecting these parts of my life is a desire to serve.
My mother, grandmother, and the ministers who helped raise me taught me to trust God and care for others. Those lessons have followed me through nursing studies, hands-on caregiving, unexpected hardship, network engineering, ministry, and building a business.
This is a place to get to know the person behind the work—and the people who helped shape him.

Care is something
we live.
My grandmother used to tell me how much she enjoyed caring for older people as a young woman. Years later, when she was living with dementia, I had the privilege of welcoming her into my home and caring for her through the end of her life.
The love she and my mother poured into me became part of the care I could give back.
