For pastors & community leaders

Let’s talk about
your community’s needs.

A personal invitation from Troy T. Jones Sr., a fellow pastor and the founder of Hairlines.

The conversation comes first

Who is having difficulty
getting to the barbershop?

Someone in your congregation may be caring for an older parent, supporting a person with a disability, or struggling to arrange transportation for a haircut.

I’d appreciate the opportunity to visit with you, listen, and learn how people in your community are meeting those needs today.

My experience comes from several parts of my life: nursing studies and group-home caregiving, an associate degree in computer network engineering, cosmetology, and pastoral ministry. Hairlines brings those experiences together in a service built around people.

Hairlines provides access to paid mobile grooming services. My first step is to understand whether those services fit the needs you’re seeing.

A few questions worth exploring

What does access look like
for the people you serve?

01

How is grooming arranged today?

Who makes the appointment, provides transportation, or helps a loved one get ready?

02

Where does it become difficult?

Travel, waiting, caregiver schedules, and unfamiliar settings can be part of the conversation.

03

What would work better?

We can explore whether bringing grooming to the home or residence could help.

A trusted connection

You know your community.
I’d like to get to know them.

If there’s a fit, we can begin with a few introductions to interested families, caregivers, or residential providers.

You can invite people to contact me, or make an introduction with their permission. I can then discuss the service, answer questions, and demonstrate the app directly to them.

For a group home or assisted living facility, we can speak with the person who arranges resident grooming. Services and prices can be reviewed before a booking is made.

Before we meet

A few helpful details.

Are these paid services?

Yes. This outreach concerns Hairlines’ paid grooming services. Customers or those arranging services can review pricing through Hairlines before booking.

Can you show families how the app works?

Yes. I can demonstrate the app in person or through Zoom and answer questions over the phone.

Does our church need to arrange every appointment?

We can agree on a simple way to make introductions. Interested individuals and caregivers can then connect directly with me and use Hairlines to arrange services.

Can I contact you before reviewing everything?

Absolutely. Call 813-530-8190. We can arrange a visit and discuss your questions together.

A moment of joy, dignity, and compassion

“Pastor Troy
in the House!”

During a visit to a nursing home, I had the privilege of cutting the hair of a gentleman living with a spinal injury.

After his haircut, he joyfully declared, “Pastor Troy in the house!”

Moments like these remind me that Hairlines has always been about more than haircuts. It’s about bringing dignity, personal attention, encouragement, and human connection to people who may have difficulty accessing traditional barbershops.

This is the heart behind Hairlines: Making Care More Convenient.
